An original production cel and background setup from the Fox Studios animated series The Simpsons. Featuring an iconic scene with Bart turned backwards in his class just before being sent to the principal's office, the setup was created at the studio and used during the animation process of the Nightmare Cafeteria segment of Treehouse of Horror V (1994). The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode. The Simpsons' animation art program releases 100 pieces annually as part of its Collector's Portfolio program. This setup from episode 6 of season 6 is a rare artifact exemplifying the artistry from the series and an extremely memorable scene from the fan favorite Treehouse of Horror annual specials. Measuring 15.25"x18" framed with the mat opening showcasing a stunning 9"x12" image, the setup is in very fine condition, unexamined out of the frame.
