This is an original production cel from the Hanna Barbera Studios production of Top Cat (1961-present). This cel features Top Cat, Officer Dibble, and Brain and was created at the studio and used during the production of an episode in the series. The cels are paired with a hand-painted production background from the Hanna Barbera studios series, Squiddly Diddly. It was a common practice for Hanna Barbera to create these mix and match set-ups when they would prepare a set-up for a gift or even for sale. The overall measurements of the piece are 10.5" x 13" and the image itself measures 9" x 12".The set-up is in great condition.
