A production cel from the Marvel Studios animated series "X-Men" (1992-1997). Featuring Apocalypse when he is fighting Archangel and the X-Men, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and is seen at about 16:45 in the season three episode "Obsession." Measuring 9"x10.5" overall, with the character image measuring 5"x3", the cel is in very good condition with minor surface wear, slight line wear, and backing paper stuck to the reverse of the paint from studio use and storage. The cel is paired with a color copy reproduction background for presentation purposes.
