This is an original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios production Melody Time (1948). This hand-painted cel features an ecstatic Pecos shooting off his pistols with his hat spinning in the air. It was created at the studio and used during production, representing an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. The cel has been paired with a color copy reproduction background. The overall measurements of the piece are 10" x 9.75" and the image itself measures 8.5" x 7". The cel is in good condition with a couple small areas of paint wear.
