This is an original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios production Donald's Golf Game (1938). This hand-painted cel features an upset Donald carrying a golf club toward two of his nephews. It was created at the studio and used during production, representing an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. The overall measurements of the piece are 8.5" x 10.5" and the image area measures 4" x 9". The characters are trimmed to image to applied to a custom painted airbrush background. This cel was originally prepared for sale at the Courvoisier Galleries.
