The storyboards highlight a Windy and Breezy segment with Inspector Willoughby and are accompanied by a note that identifies the drawings as Breezy Goes to Washington. Each storyboard measures 3.5"x4.5" overall with the image area measuring 3.25"x4.25". The short appears to be an unfinished cartoon, and the rare artwork from the unmade short is in fine condition with minor edge wear from handling.
